North Star Neighborhood Reentry Resource Center Featured on Ideastream Public Media's Sound of Ideas

North Star Neighborhood Reentry Resource Center (NRRC) was featured on Ideastream Public Media’s Sound of Ideas with a panel discussion about Reentry and Reconciliation.

North Star NRRC Program Administrator Stephanie DeVincent (pictured third from left) explained that one of the many benefits of North Star is that services are provided free to justice impacted people in Cuyahoga County and their support network of family members, friends, neighbors, etc. Staff work to assist people in overcoming the barriers that are often experienced with being involved in the criminal justice system. GED and high school equivalency, work force development, vouchers for birth certificates, and help securing housing are just a few of the many services provided in a one-stop-shop setting.

North Star is operated by Oriana House and funded by the Cuyahoga County Office of Reentry.
